The Achievers’ Information Security (InfoSec) team is dedicated to delivering proactive security analysis, aiding in the development of a robust security architecture, embedding a culture of security awareness throughout the Achievers environment, and effectively managing regulatory and compliance requirements. This collaborative effort involves close coordination with various functional groups to achieve our mission and objectives.

The key objectives of the Achievers’ InfoSec team are as follows:

Safeguarding Information: We are committed to safeguarding Achievers’ business information and any customer data under our custody. Our focus is on preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of this information.

Cloud Security Architecture: We design and implement security measures to protect data, applications, and infrastructure in cloud computing environments.

**Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC): ** We provide oversight to the organization ensuring that Achievers operates in a manner that is aligned with its goals, while minimizing risks, and adhering to relevant rules and standards.

Resource Protection: We establish and maintain safeguards to shield Achievers’ information resources from theft, abuse, misuse, and all forms of damage. This protection extends to all digital and physical assets critical to the organization.

Responsibility and Accountability: The InfoSec team is responsible for fostering a culture of responsibility and accountability for information security within the organization. This includes defining roles, enforcing policies, and setting expectations for all employees and stakeholders.

Awareness and Education: We promote continuous awareness, knowledge, and skill development among Achievers’ management and staff. Our goal is to empower individuals to mitigate the occurrence and severity of information security incidents through education and training.
